Calling from a phone:
- Dial one of our Access Numbers
( choose the one closest
to you to avoid charges from your phone company,
if
applicable).
- Listen for your balance ( enter your PIN if calling from a number
not registered for PIN-less dialing).
- Calls to outside of US and Canada Dial 011 + country code
+
city code / area code + phone number + #.
- Calls to US and Canada dial 1 + area code + phone number + #.
- After dialing a number you can press * (star) to hang up
and enter another number or to enter the same number again.
For calling from the Internet you can use the softphone built into
your account, or use the SIP
device of your choice. Please contact us regarding detail.

 Once
signed up for an account you can set your caller IDs for PIN-less dialing.
You can also view and edit personal information as well as add to your
balance. We recommend you to take advantage of the Auto-refill option to
make sure your services aren't disrupted. You will find many other useful
tools included in your account for the most efficient calling experience.
